The owner, Kelly Lanzon, holds a Bachelors Degree in the Science of Nursing and she has worked with the senior population for decades. She has vast experience in home care and the elder population.

Kelly started Helping Hearts at Home in Smithtown, New York in 2017. Her unique management style is highly respected by caregivers, clients and people in the industry because it works. Helping Hearts stands out from other agencies because of this case management style.
In 2022 Kelly opened Helping Hearts at Home in Florida, close to her elderly dad. In 2024 her PGA office obtained state licensure in non-medical home care. Her launch of this new license is very exciting, as now Helping Hearts can assist our seniors in greater depth and with Activities of Daily Living. She envisions helping seniors from companionship to aides should their needs increase. This is another way Kelly ensures continuity of care.
